  • Original Condition: The item must be unused, in its original factory packaging, with all tags, dust bags, and protective films intact.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Non-Returnable Situations:

  • Items showing signs of use, wear, or damage not caused by manufacturing.

  • Minor variations in leather texture, stitching, or color (see our "Natural Characteristics" section).
