Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We maintain strict quality control. Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery exclusively for items with manufacturing defects. To maintain premium standards, we do not accept returns for change-of-mind requests.

What is required to report a defect?

All claims must include an unboxing video clearly showing the defect and original factory packaging. The item must be unused, with protective films, tags, and dust bags intact.

Who covers the return shipping costs?

For approved returns, the customer is responsible for shipping costs to our partner warehouse. We recommend a trackable shipping service, as we must confirm receipt before issuing a refund or replacement.

Can I modify or cancel my order?
